Will you ship my order without payment?

We will only ship your order once we have received the payment.

Do you accept special shipping requests?

Yes, a special shipping request form can be filled out at the payment confirmation page.

Can I ship my order internationally?

Yes. Shipping cost will vary depending on your location.

When will I receive my order?

As soon as your payment is received we will ship your order. Shipping takes up to 1-3 business days nationwide, and 7-14 business days for international shipments.

How can I track my order?

You will recieve a tracking number as soon as the item has been shipped.

How do I request a return?

You may request a return by emailing us at kms@soltiactivewear.com. Please refer to Customer Care- Returns & Exchanges. (please add link to customer care page)

Can I add more garments once my order has been placed?

If you want to add more garments to your order, please send an email to kms@soltiactivewear.com as soon as your order has been confirmed with the Subject: “ADD MORE ITEMS”. If the package has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to add your item/s to the shipment when the added payment has been confirmed.
